I've been building this alone since January, mostly late at night after work. No real plan beyond making it good. Here's roughly what's shipped, in order.

Had the idea out of nowhere and couldn't let it go. Wrote it down that night.

Bought thebooth.club the next day before I could talk myself out of it.

Commons goes live
Shipped the first real version. Invite only, no feed, no algorithm, just people posting about songs and arguing in the replies. Also built the ovation system, so backing something early actually costs you something instead of being a free like button.

Top Charts + The Dig
Added a weekly leaderboard per genre, plus a discovery page that pulls from real threads instead of stream counts.

Threads can be shared outside the app now, so a good conversation doesn't just die behind the login wall.

Working on the iOS and Android app right now, nights and weekends. No date yet. It takes as long as it takes.

The actual goal, if I'm honest, is for this to be the biggest place for people who take music seriously. No idea if that happens.
